At My Violet, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
